BREAKING: Twin Bomb Explosions Rip Through Kano City




Barely 24 hours after two bomb blast ripped through the city of Kaduna on Wednesday, another double explosion has been reported in the ancient city of Kano.
While the first explosion is reported to have occurred along the Zoo road, the second explosion was reportedly at shoprite, a departmental store within the city centre.
Although, details of the Kano attack and the number of casualties are unclear, a source said people are running helter skelter, after the heavy sound was heard in the ancient city.
When contacted, he police spokesperson for Kano State, Magaji Majiya, said he was on his way to the scene “to find out exactly what happened”
The ancient city of Kano was last attacked few weeks ago when a bomber detonated a bomb in the school of health, Kano.
